This 16-page workbook has been designed to guide children and teenagers towards value-aligned living. It helps children understand what values are, what their values may be, what happens when we aren't acting in alignment with our values, and how to incorporate their values into their everyday lives and decision making.
Values are things that are important to us. Parents always hope to pass on values to their kids as they grow and become independent in the world around them.Helping children develop and become aware of their values and attitudes is important because it helps them:
- Identify why they are doing something
- Identify the consequences of actions that are not in line with their values
- Assist with future decision making to ensure that they are acting in line with their values
This workbook can be used by parents, teachers or therapists to assist children aged 10-15.
