Time and time again, psychologists have the same complaints:

‘Why wasn’t I taught this at university?’

‘My degree did not prepare me for the workforce!’

‘How am I supposed to afford all this PD and supervision, plus the added cost of new resources for my clients?’

And let me tell you. You are not alone. In fact, I have been there. That was literally me. And if my 7+ years of university, 8 years in the psychology profession, and work as an AHPRA supervisor has taught me anything, it is this:

Those first few years of your career are the steepest learning curve of your life. You will spend money on crappy PD’s, you will do supervision sessions that get you nowhere, and you WILL wonder if it is all worth it. 

But, guess what? You actually don’t have to do that alone anymore. I am so passionate about ensuring that new psychologists don’t have to go through what I went though all those years ago. I want to make PD and supervision fun and engaging but more importantly, affordable.
