  • 3 Steps

About

If you don’t remember learning much about ADHD assessments or interventions at uni, you’re not alone. It’s surprising how little formal training is provided, considering how many of us work with clients navigating ADHD. That gap is exactly why I created this workshop. ADHD Across the Lifespan is a three-part series that breaks down the key information you need, from early signs in toddlers to adult presentations. It’s practical, evidence-informed, and full of strategies you can start using right away. Workshop Outline: PART 1: Understanding ADHD - What ADHD actually is - Causes, diagnostic pathways, and brain-based differences - ADHD vs autism and ADHD vs anxiety — how they overlap and how they don’t - What ADHD looks like in toddlers, children, and adults PART 2: Strengths and Treatment Options - Strengths-based perspectives on ADHD - Can you outgrow it? What the research says - Therapy goals and modalities that support ADHD - The role of medication within a supportive care plan PART 3: Practical Strategies and Support - How to support ADHD with real-world tools - Social skill development and emotional regulation - Allied health collaboration and school-based strategies - Home routines that actually work - How to use visuals, rewards, and yes — even bribes — in meaningful ways What’s Included: 3 recorded video lessons Downloadable workbook ADHD Resource Guide (RRP $12) Behaviour Bundle (RRP $10) Whether you’re just starting to work with ADHD or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop gives you the tools to provide informed, strengths-based support that fits real life.
