The Regulation Revamp is a free tool exclusively for Parent Portal members that generates 10 personalised regulation strategies built around your child specifically; their age, what dysregulation looks like for them, their sensory profile, and most importantly, what they love.

Because a strategy that references your child's favourite character, show, or game is not just more fun. It is genuinely more effective. Children regulate through connection and familiarity, and a calm-down plan that features Spiderman, Minecraft, or whatever your child is obsessed with right now is one they will actually engage with.

Here is how it works. You answer 8 short questions about your child. Our AI then generates 10 strategies that weave your child's actual interests into every suggestion, including character-based metaphors to help explain what happens in the body during big emotions in a way your child can understand.

Then it goes one step further. Choose up to 3 strategies you want to use and click "Build this with me." The tool will generate a ready-to-use script you can say word for word, a description of a simple visual support you can create at home, and a step-by-step guide for putting it all into practice. You can print everything out and keep it somewhere handy for when you need it most.

The Regulation Strategies Matcher also lets you know whether an occupational therapist, psychologist, or speech pathologist might be worth considering based on what you share, with links to relevant Portal videos so you can learn more before committing to an appointment.
