Supervision, for the people who do the supervising. You hold everyone else steady, your provisionals, your early-career clinicians, but there's rarely anywhere for you to put it all down. The tricky supervisee, the ethical grey area, the "am I getting this right?" moments, they tend to sit with you alone. The Supervisor Circle is a small, monthly group built for supervisors. Once a month we meet online for 90 minutes to think together about the real work of supervising. You bring a question or a dilemma, and the whole group works through it with you. No lecture, no hierarchy, just experienced supervisors supporting one another. Places are capped at 10, so there's room for everyone to speak and be properly supported. What's included: * The monthly live Circle (90 minutes, first Thursday, 10am) * A monthly reflection question to sit with between sessions * A private discussion group to carry the conversation between meetings * The Supervisor's Workbook, your companion for the full six months Each Circle runs as a closed six-month cohort, because that continuity is what builds the trust to talk about what actually matters. Send your question beforehand and I'll answer it personally by email. The investment: $462 for the six-month Circle, that's $77 a session, paid upfront. Nine hours of dedicated reflective space alongside other board-approved supervisors, for roughly the cost of two individual sessions. You spend so much of your time holding space for everyone else.
