This activity is based on a cognitive-behavioural approach (CBT). It helps children understand the difference between 'worried' and 'happy' and identify how they think, feel, and behave in situations that make them worried. This activity was designed as a classroom activity on the topic of 'well-being' or in individual counselling/psychology sessions. Please note, this activity is not designed to replace therapy. It was instead designed to help children understand how worry affects them in different ways.
