This resource explores worry in detail and offers psychoeducation on worries while also providing strategies and activities that assist in the management of worries when they arise.


This resource can be used during therapy sessions, as homework, or even given to clients when they have finished therapy but still want to engage in activities to practice the skills they have learnt.


It was initially created for an adult with an intellectual disability, however has been modified for use with children and adults as well.


I print this journal into an A5 size to ensure it resembles the size of a journal, but you can print it A4 if you prefer.


You can use pages from the journal as separate worksheets, or as a journal/workbook. It is completely your choice.
