I love using daily planners and organising my day on paper! It gives me so much satisfaction to be able to cross things off my list! This here is a template that you can print over and over again to avoid having to buy yourself a pad from the shops that eventually runs out anyway! Each day, there is a section that you can add a self-care activity, as well as a daily mantra that you are going to structure your day by. There is also a small quote at the top of each page to help motivate you and kick start your productivity! I've been using these every day myself and have honestly found it really productive. Sometimes a diary doesn't quite cut it! And there is something so satisfying about crossing off tasks on paper, rather than deleting an electronic list!
